What We Can Produce
Why choose us?
We use CNC machining in our own work
This isn’t hobby-level machining. We use CNC daily in our own cabinetry, spare parts and manufacturing work, which means we understand how parts need to fit, how materials behave and how to deliver components that are accurate, strong and fit for purpose.

FAQs
Common questions
What file types do you accept?
We can review most common design files, drawings, sketches and photos. If you already have CAD files, DXF, SVG, STEP or similar formats are usually helpful.
What is the maximum size you can machine?
This depends on the material, thickness and job requirements. Send us the dimensions and we will confirm whether it can be machined in-house or suggest the best alternative route.
Can you machine small quantities?
Yes. We can support one-off components, prototypes and small batch production, making it useful for development work and specialist replacement parts.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. If you only have an idea, drawing, damaged part or rough dimensions, we can help prepare the design for manufacture using our CAD and 3D design services.
What materials can you cut?
We commonly work with MDF, plywood, timber, acrylic, PVC, foam board, composite boards and selected plastics. Suitability depends on the material grade and intended use.
Can you combine CNC with other processes?
Yes. CNC machining can be combined with laser cutting, engraving, 3D printing, 3D scanning and CAD design for complete product development or part reproduction projects.
