Real-world experience

We use this process in our own manufacturing

Our laser cutting service is built on practical experience. We regularly use laser cutting and engraving within our own production work, including spare parts, custom components, signage, cabinetry details and bespoke product development.

That means we understand more than just the machine settings. We understand how parts need to fit, how materials behave, how finishes matter and how to produce components that are actually useful.

Useful for: bakery equipment parts, catering equipment components, acrylic panels, custom templates, product inserts and personalised items.

Questions we’re often asked

Laser cutting FAQs

Can you make replacement parts?

Yes. Depending on the part, material and intended use, we can often manufacture replacement parts using laser cutting, engraving, CAD design, CNC machining or 3D printing.

Do I need a finished design file?

No. If you have a file, that helps. If not, you can send a sketch, photo, rough dimensions or sample part and we can advise what is needed.

Can you engrave personalised products?

Yes. We can engrave a range of suitable materials and products, including gift items, plaques, signage, branded items and decorative pieces.

Can you cut acrylic?

Yes. Acrylic is one of the most popular materials for laser cutting and can be used for panels, signage, guards, displays, templates and product components.

Can this be combined with your other services?

Yes. Laser cutting can be paired with CAD design, CNC machining, 3D scanning and 3D printing for more complete product development or part reproduction projects.
